"From" prices are a guide. The fixed total goes in a written quote before I start, and that’s the one that counts.
VAT.
Why are there two prices?
Because not everyone pays the same way. If you’re buying as an individual, the "incl. VAT" price is what you pay, with nothing added at the end. If you’re a business or self-employed, I show you the price before VAT, because that’s how you’ll compare it and you’ll claim the VAT back; Spanish VAT at 21% is added on the invoice. Same work, same price, two ways of counting it.
