Copywriting and content writing is not a regulated profession in Spain. No professional association membership or licence applies.

What this site is for

I use it to explain my copywriting services, publish guide prices and take quote requests. Any engagement is governed by the Terms of engagement and by the written quote each client accepts. Browsing the site or sending the form does not create a contract.

Using the site

You’re free to browse. Please don’t use the site for anything unlawful, don’t try to damage it or reach non-public areas, and don’t send offensive content, spam or files carrying malicious code through the form.

Published prices

Prices marked "from" are guide prices. For consumers they include VAT (IVA). For businesses and self-employed clients they’re shown before VAT, and labelled that way. The price I’m bound by is the one in the written quote I send you before any work starts.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and other content on this site belong to Big Words Copywriting or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts if you credit the source. Any other use (copying, adapting or republishing elsewhere) needs my written permission.

The writing samples on the site are illustrative and labelled as such. They are not work done for real clients.

Liability

I try to keep the information here accurate and current, but it may contain mistakes or go out of date. If you spot something wrong, email me and I’ll fix it. I’m not responsible for technical outages outside my control, or for harm caused by using the site in breach of this notice.

Links to other sites

When I link to a third-party site, it’s because it’s useful. I don’t control its content and I’m not responsible for it. If a link leads somewhere unlawful, tell me and I’ll remove it.
